Walking into a gym full of alpha-males that takeover the weight section without a second thought is something many women have dealt with when first entering the gym. On top of this testosterone-filled environment, the various machines can all seem like foreign objects to a beginner. As a coach, I am here to guide you through how to properly use equipment and navigate the gym in its entirety. We work together to build confidence, enhance your “gym IQ”, and recognize that you deserve to be there just as much as the next person.

We have all seen the “30 Day Summer Shredded” programs and “5 Day Fruit Cleanses,” and to be fair, some of us have even given them a try. But at the end of those 30 days, the majority of us find ourselves right back in our old habits and on the way back to where we started. With me as your coach, we will work together as a team to outline your goals and devise a plan that will set you on the fast track to success. We’ll avoid the common pitfalls that most people make when doing it alone. Not only will you achieve your goals, you’ll be able to maintain them.

Many gyms have so many machines, sections, and equipment to work through that trying to decide where to start first is enough to make most people walk right back out and supposedly “try again another day”. To relieve you of this anxiety and angst, I provide you with thorough programming and coaching, including video demonstrations for online clients and in-person feedback for in-person clients, and constant communication availability to address any additional questions or concerns swiftly.
